How can I get Sky Atlantic through Virgin Media?
If you’re currently a Virgin Media customer, you can access Sky Atlantic by having Mega TV included in your package. You can make a change to your TV bundle at any time via My Virgin Media.
If you’re new to Virgin Media, choose one of our broadband or TV packages that includes Mega TV, then:
• Check availability in your area by entering your postcode when you’re asked
• Select Customise your bundle, then pick one of the offers that includes Mega TV
• From there, complete your order as normal
• You’ll be sent an email with instructions and further details on your package and services
Once you have Mega TV up and running, simply head to channel 111 and enjoy!

If you don’t have Mega TV and are looking to make a change to your package, you can do this at any time via your My Virgin Media account. Alternatively, you can give us a call on 0345 454 1111 (or free of charge on 150 with a Virgin Media landline).
How will I be charged for Sky Atlantic if I add it to my Virgin Media package?
As Sky Atlantic is one of the many TV channels included within our Mega TV pack, you’ll see this charge on your monthly Virgin Media bill as normal.

If your payment is late, we may need to charge you a late payment fee of £7.50. You might also find your Virgin Media services restricted. This means your broadband speed may be slowed, or you might be restricted to the Freeview channels only, meaning you will be unable to access and view the Sky Atlantic channel.
