Code 7011 means the TV box has an issue connecting to our network

If you’ve installed the TV box in the past 30 minutes, please wait another 30 minutes.

If it’s not working after that, reboot the TV box by turning the TV box off at the wall, checking all the cables are firmly plugged in to the TV box, and then turn it back on and let it start up for about 10 minutes.

If there's still an issue after the TV box has finished starting up, run a test on your TV service.

This code only affects our Virgin TV V6 boxes and TiVo boxes.
