Your services have been restricted due to a missed payment. All you need to do is make a payment now, and your services will be restored within 4 hours.
If you’ve made a payment more than 4 hours ago, reboot the TV box by turning the TV box off at the wall, checking all the cables are firmly plugged in to the TV box, and then turn it back on and let it start up for about 10 minutes.
This code only affects our Virgin TV V6 boxes and TiVo boxes.
