Code V69 means the TV box is experiencing a slow broadband connection

This might mean the shows you're watching are buffering or can't be played.

Free up the bandwidth by checking for devices that might be causing your broadband to run slower than usual. For example, anyone gaming in high definition, or downloading large files from the internet.

If the TV box is wirelessly connected to the WiFi Hub, try a wired connection with an Ethernet cable instead, as this is usually stronger than connecting wirelessly.
