Virgin Mobile package
You can call our Customer Service team on 789 from your Virgin Mobile, or 0345 6000 789* from any other phone.
How to check what package I'm on
Virgin Media package
You can check what package you're on by signing in to your My Virgin Media account. If you haven’t created an online account, you’ll need to register.
To check what Virgin Media package you are on:
- Sign in to My Virgin Media account
- Select My Package on the landing page
- From here, you have the option to review your existing broadband services, or upgrade if you’re not on our highest tier.
Virgin Mobile package
Simply sign in to your mobile account. If you haven’t created an online account, you’ll need to register

- Select Overview
- Scroll down to Your Plan
How to upgrade my Virgin Media or Virgin Mobile services

To upgrade your package, sign in to your My Virgin Media account. From here you can upgrade parts of your package – and see the best deals on offer.

1. Upgrade by Trading up

2. Choose an Early Bird Plan
Upgrade to an Early Bird Plan and swap your phone 12 months early.
3. Contract ended?
Pick your new phone, then sign in at checkout to complete your upgrade.
4. Change your 5G plan every month
You can change your plan up or down every month, depending on what you need. More data maybe? And the swap is simple.
Plus, if you have a 5G phone, you can now get 5G.
