You can call our Customer Service team on 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111* from any other phone.

Virgin Mobile package
You can call our Customer Service team on 789 from your Virgin Mobile, or 0345 6000 789* from any other phone.

How to check what package I'm on

Virgin Media package
You can check what package you're on by signing in to your My Virgin Media account. If you haven’t created an online account, you’ll need to register.

To check what Virgin Media package you are on:

  1. Sign in to My Virgin Media account
  2. Select My Package on the landing page
  3. From here, you have the option to review your existing broadband services, or upgrade if you’re not on our highest tier.

Virgin Mobile package
Simply sign in to your mobile account. If you haven’t created an online account, you’ll need to register
