Tracking appointments in the My Virgin Media app

If you've ordered services or a QuickStart pack from us, or you’re waiting for a engineer to visit, you can track and manage your appointments and deliveries in the My Virgin Media app.

Tracking Orders

To track your orders:

  1. Tap on Menu
  2. Choose Track Order

You'll see details of your order and whether your order will be sent via QuickStart or whether you've got one of our install engineers visiting your home.

If you've got one of our install engineers visiting your home, as long as it's more than 24 hours before your scheduled day, you'll have the option to change when we visit. Just tap on Reschedule Appointment and follow the on screen instructions. You can reschedule an appointment up to 3 times.

Tracking Service appointments

If you've got a problem with your services and we've identified that you need one of our service engineers to visit your home, you can see when they're due to visit and reschedule the appointment if you need to change it.

To see your service appointments:

  1. Tap on Menu icon
  2. Choose Your appointment

You'll see the day and time when one of our service engineers will be visiting your home.

If you've got one of our service engineers visiting your home, as long as it's more that 24 hours before your scheduled day, you'll have the option to change when we visit. Just tap on Reschedule Appointment and follow the on screen instructions. You can reschedule an appointment up to 3 times.
