Profiles on the Flex mean you can carry on watching where you left off, jump to your favourite channels, and make sure your personalised recommendations aren’t affected by the rest of the household.

What can I do with a profile?
When you set up a profile you’ll be able to carry on watching your favourite series where you left off, or skip right to your favourite channels. You’ll also get personalised recommendations for similar shows, based on things you like to watch. You can create up to 5 profiles for the whole family, too! Just press Profile on the Flex homepage to switch between profiles.
How do I create a profile?
Press Profile on the homepage and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you’re set up you’ll be able to:
Pick three or more channels to create a favourite channel list
Get recommendations on what to watch by picking your most-loved entertainment categories
Continue watching shows where you left off
Add titles to your Watch List
