How do I update my Virgin Media Mail settings on an iOS device?

Step 1 - Find out whether you’re using POP or IMAP

Select your iOS device


Use the Ask us anything function to search for "check email account settings"

Note: If you’re using an email address, select your provider as to make sure you receive the most up to date settings. This will not change your email address.

The server name still start with either POP3 or POP if you’re using a POP server, or IMAP if you’re using an IMAP server.
