What is call diversion (or call forwarding)?

For £2.25 a month, Call Divert (or call forwarding in some cases) – one of our extra home phone features – will send all your incoming calls to your mobile, work phone or another number (your choice), so you never miss a chat while you’re out. And if your iPhone or Android settings have a call forwarding option, you can answer your mobile on another phone and enjoy clearer sounding conversations where mobile signal’s weaker.

If you’re in a Green, Blue, Yellow, or Purple area:

  1. Dial *21 * and wait for a tone to sound

  2. Tap in the full phone number you're diverting to, followed by #. For example: [mobile number including the country code] # [landline number including the area code] #

  3. You’ll then hear a tone to confirm the Call Divert is set
