How do I access apps on Flex?
You can easily access all your favourite apps in the Apps section, which you’ll find in the top left-hand corner of your Flex home page. Or just call up the app you’re looking for using the Voice Control setting on your Stream box remote.

Not got a Netflix subscription yet? Head to the Add subscriptions section of your My Flex Plan account, account, follow the steps to add a new Netflix subscription, and once active it’ll automatically be added to your Virgin Media bill.
