Setting up my Virgin Media email on a device

If you want quick access to your Virgin Media email through your web browser, follow these steps.

You have two choices of settings to use with Virgin Media email - IMAP or POP.

This setting automatically syncs your emails and folders from your Virgin Media email account to your device.

This means if you receive or delete an email from your device it will automatically sync to any other devices set to use IMAP (including webmail).

With this setting your device creates a copy of any emails and folders from your Virgin Media email account to your device.

This means if you receive or delete an email from your device it will NOT sync to any other devices or your Virgin Media email, and the changes will only be visible on the device it was changed on.
