Want to see what’s on now and next? Or coming up over the next two weeks? The Guide lets you browse the full TV listings for something to watch now or record. You can also look through past TV listings to watch programmes available in Catch Up TV.

Here’s how to use the Guide on the app:

  • The Guide which will show you the list of TV channels just like on your Virgin TV V6 or TiVo box
  • Drag the list on the screen up or down to see more TV channels
  • To see what’s coming up or what was on previously;
    1. Tap the arrow icons to move back or forward 30 minutes at a time
    2. Tap the date/time at the top of the screen and a selector appears to find the date you want
  • Tap a title in the list and you’ll see information about it. You’ll also see a list of action buttons to help you decide what to do next

Where a show is available in Catch Up TV for you to watch, you’ll see the catch up icon

You can also find channels faster by tapping the Chan or CH looking glass image, then using the on-screen keyboard to enter a channel name or number. Tapping a channel will take you into the programme guide for that channel.

Do you only want the Guide to show your favourite channels? Well, you can filter the guide to do just that.

You can find channel listings for up to the next two weeks of programmes or up to seven days in the past. You need to press Done and then the Guide will re-display.

Found something you want to watch or record? Tap the title in the list and you’ll see information about the show. At the bottom you’ll see action Buttons that help you decide what to do next. Which buttons are shown depends on the choices you make.
