The Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards

Virgin Media has proudly sponsored the BAFTA TV Awards since 2016. Virgin Media’s Must-See Moment is the only award of the night to be voted for by the Great British public, celebrating the dramatic scenes, cliff hangers, laugh-out- loud and edge-of-your-seat TV moments of the past 12 months. It recognises the television that got the nation talking, tweeting and sharing, and those on-screen moments that truly resonated with TV fans across the UK.


Southampton Football Club

Virgin Media has partnered with Southampton Football Club since 2016. In 2019, we became the club’s official shirt sleeve sponsor and became the first ever main shirt sponsor of their women’s team. Our ‘Super Saints’ campaign provides Saints supporters with once-a-life-time opportunities, as well as unique fan competitions and exclusive behind the scenes content.  


For almost a decade, Virgin Media has sponsored the UK’s largest gaming event, EGX. Virgin Media bring gamers exclusive hands-on gameplay, unprecedented access to developers, live streams with the hottest gaming talent, as well as incredible prize giveaways.

British Paralympic Association

Virgin Media became a gold tier sponsor of the British Paralympic Association in 2018 and is helping the national team, ParalympicsGB, go for gold at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games being held in 2021.
