Adding a new TV box
Remove the cables from the wall socket
First remove the wall socket from the back - you might need to use the spanner provided.
Next, take the cable you just removed, and insert it into the end of the splitter that's marked 'wall'.
Then find the cable with the blue band end and connect it to the socket of your hub.
Push it firmly into place.
Plug the cables in
First, connect one end of the ethernet cable to the back of your box.
Then, use the HDMI cable provided to connect your box to your TV.
Finally, connect the power supply for your box.
Plug into the Virgin Media wall socket
Push the white isolator cable with the black band into the slot in the splitter marked 'Wall'.
Then take the red-banded end of the isolator cable, and plug it firmly into the Virgin Media socket on your wall.

Some flats or apartments may have this style of socket rather than the one shown on the left.
If there's already a cable plugged into your Virgin Media wall socket, use the spanner supplied in the box to remove it.
Turn on and start
Now that the Hub is up and running, it's time to turn on the box.
Pop the power cable into a nearby plug socket and make sure the socket is switched on.
It can take up to 30 minutes to connect for the first time.
If it's a TV360, remember - you need to reply to the SMS that we sent you with the word 'GO'. This will activate your services.
Turn your TV on and get connected
Turn on your TV, then using your own TV remote press the input, AV or source button. It may also be a button with this icon
Select the correct HDMI input for your box.
When you see the Starting Up screen, you can pull the tab out of the remote.
Follow the instructions on the screen to finish your set up.
