The Hub is on, but your WiFi is not

It looks like there is a loose connection in your home, here are some simple steps to follow to check your connections

Step 1 

Make sure the Hub's power supply is firmly connected between the wall and the Hub, and make sure the power is switched on.

Step 2

Make sure the white cable is tightly connected into the Virgin Media wall socket.

Click on your WiFi network name, check the Connect automaitcally box and then click Connect.

Step 3

From the wall socket follow the cable making sure it's tightly connected to the splitter and the back of the Hub.
