You’re missing a TV channel

It may seem a bit obvious, but is the channel you’re after available on your package? 

If you’re not certain, check out our channel listings, these show which channels are available on which packages. If the channel should be available to you, the next thing to try is turning the TV box off and on again. This clears most issues, and should bring any missing channels back.
