Any final one-off charges or credits that aren’t part of your usual charges will be detailed in this section of your bill, including any cancellation fees.

If you were still within your minimum contracted period when you left us, you may have been charged an early disconnection fee. This fee will have been calculated using whatever services you had on your account and how much of your minimum period remained for each service.
