Usage charges

You’ll find details of any charges outside of your regular package listed here, including any pay-per-view extras like TV On-demand or interactive gaming.

If you have a home phone package, you may also have been charged for any calls you made that are outside of your Talk plan. This is shown as a total amount, but you can find an itemised list of these calls in the ‘Call details’ section of your bill.
