Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to make a request for a copy of the personal data that Virgin Media holds about you.

This is called a Subject Access Request (SAR) – and you can do this as an individual or as an authorised third party on behalf of an individual.

Before you start, please make sure you;

  • Are as accurate as possible with your information.
  • Have written authority if you are making a request for another person
  • Know the start and end dates for the information you’re looking for.
