June Statement Usage Data: All TV usage data based on customer 90 day rolling average usage from period 18th April – 9th July 2020, excluding Mobile and Telco data which is usage from period between 1st – 30th June 2020. Any other usage data is from the period 14th June – 9th July 2020. Page Data refreshes each month on or before 15th.
My VM App: In order to use the My Virgin Media app, the customer will need Virgin Media services (TV, Fibre Broadband, Phone) and an Android mobile (OS 5.0 or later) or an iPhone (iOS 9.0 or later) with WiFi, 3G or 4G internet access.
TV Go: Content available to view depends on TV package. Not all live channels or On Demand content from relevant pack available. Streaming live channels or On Demand and TV box management require broadband/WiFi or 3G/4G internet connection. 3G/4G usage may incur data charges from your mobile provider. Streaming live channels or On Demand and downloading are UK only (or while temporarily in EU). Minimum requirements for downloading on TV Go are iOS 10 and Android 4.4, Bigger bundle only. Maximum 2 devices per account can watch TV on TV Go. Access TV Go via PC, Mac or TV Go app (selected iOS, Android & Windows 10 devices only).
Virgin Media Connect App: Requires iOS 9 or later and Android 5 or later. Virgin Mobile customers: the app will work in a device where a Virgin Mobile SIM is present and setup has been completed. Virgin Fibre customers: the app will work on a device where setup has been completed using My Virgin Media account details. Virgin Fibre customers can use up to 7 devices on Virgin Media WiFi at any one time. For setup: Mobile data connection required for Virgin Mobile customers. Internet (Mobile data or WiFi) connection required for Virgin Fibre customers. Experience varies by location and number of users. It is not always possible to guarantee that we will be able to offer this app on every device, platform and operating system version or variant. Terms and conditions apply.
Data Rollover: Unused data from your inclusive monthly allowance will be added to next month’s allowance (Rollover Data). Rollover Data is used ahead of your monthly data. Unused Rollover Data expires at the end of that monthly allowance period. Data add-ons excluded. 4G plans only. Sky Cinema and Sky Sports apps: WiFi connection or 3G/4G required: Only available via the Sky Cinema and Sky Sports websites or apps (for selected iOS and Android mobiles and tablets) to customers who subscribe to these channels. UK only (or while temporarily in EU). Maximum 2 devices. Only available on iOS 8 and above, and Android 4.x. Selected content may not be available to view.
