My Virgin Media appRequires compatible Android 6.0 or iOS 12 or later mobile or tablet. Virgin Mobile customers: There are two ways you can sign in. Either by having a Virgin Mobile SIM present in a device (iPhone, cellular-enabled iPad, Android phone or cellular-enabled tablet) where the App has verified your SIM (whilst on the Virgin Mobile data network). Or you can sign into the app on WiFi using your online Virgin Mobile Your Account credentials – giving you even more control. Broadband, TV and home phone customers: the App will work on a device (iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet) where sign in has been completed using My Virgin Media account details. TV Go App:

Content available to view depends on TV package. Not all channels/content from relevant pack available. Live streaming and On Demand requires broadband/WiFi or 3G/4G/5G access. UK only. Access via PC, Mac or TV Go App (selected iOS devices and Android™ devices only). Maximum 5 compatible devices per account can watch TV, and only 2 devices can stream at any one time. Other content restrictions apply.

Virgin Media Connect App: 

Requires iOS 9 or later and Android 5 or later. Virgin Mobile customers: the app will work in a device where a Virgin Mobile SIM is present and setup has been completed. Virgin Fibre customers: the app will work on a device where setup has been completed using My Virgin Media account details. Data Rollover (Mobile):

Unused data from your inclusive monthly allowance will be added to the next month’s allowance (Rollover Data). Rollover Data is used ahead of your monthly data. Unused Rollover Data expires at the end of that monthly allowance period. Data add-ons excluded. 4G plans only.

WiFi Guarantee with WiFi Max:
Available to Virgin Media residential broadband customers on M50 broadband or faster provided you are not taking services in any of our 2022/2023 network expansion areas. Excludes Essential broadband customers. Existing Intelligent WiFi Plus customers will be individually informed when they are moved to WiFi Max. £8 a month add-on or at no extra cost for Ultimate Oomph, Gig1 and Volt customers. WiFi Max is only available to order once your Virgin Media broadband service has been activated. If you don’t get download speeds of at least 20Mbps in every room, if needed we’ll provide up to 3 WiFi Pods.
