We'll send your V6 box in the post, along with its very own QuickStart self-install pack. It’s super easy to set up and the pack will cover all you need to know.
What time can I expect delivery? What time can I expect delivery?
Our friends at Yodel will deliver the V6 box to your billing address, on the day you choose, between 7am and 9pm. Make sure you add your mobile number to your details. That way we can text you on the delivery day with all the information you'll need to track your order.
What if I'm not in? What if I'm not in?
That's okay, Yodel will try and leave the V6 box with one of your neighbours. If they can't, they'll leave a card with details of how to reschedule delivery.

Unfortunately you can't change your delivery date online. But if you aren't in, Yodel will either leave your V6 box with a neighbour or leave a card on how to reschedule delivery on a date that works for you.

We'll send you an email confirming your delivery date within 7 days. If there's a delay it just means it's taking us a little longer to process because there's some outstanding activity on your account. We'll make sure we sort out your order as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying speedy, wireless broadband.

V6 Swap: Available to the addressed recipient only, via the link provided. Ends 11.59pm on 30th June 2020. We are upgrading your current TV box for a new V6, for free.
QuickStart: The V6 box is required to be installed through QuickStart. During busy periods it could take us longer than 30 days to deliver your new V6 box. If we are unable to offer you the delivery date you have chosen, we will book the next available date and advise you via email. Further Legal Stuff applies.
