Webmail
You can access your webmail account in the usual way

You can continue using your virgin.net email address as this won’t be changing. Over the next few months we'll be making @virginmedia.com email addresses available, just like you'd expect. Before we do, we'll send you an email giving you all the information you need, and letting you know if there's anything you need to do. When we do make @virginmedia.com addresses available, you'll still be able to keep the old addresses you've been using, or get a Virgin Media address, or both - the choice is yours!

Your Virgin Broadband service now includes a free security package. The security features help protect your PC or laptop against viruses, unwanted pop ups and loads of other Internet gremlins. To find out more or to download PCguard
