We hope you'll carry on enjoying everything with us. But if you want to, you can change or cancel your package at any time before the date stated on your email or letter, without paying any cancellation fees.

If you do not have an HD TV, we'll provide you with a TiVo box instead. Equipment remains property of Virgin Media. Requires self-install via QuickStart and delivery to store via Click & Collect. Further legal stuff applies.
