As Head of Apprenticeships at Virgin Media, I’m so proud that our Apprenticeship programme has been recognised for providing the most valuable overall experience for school leavers. Apprentices have become a key part of our talent pool, whilst allowing us to give young people the skills they need to succeed in the work environment and it’s fantastic to hear from our apprentices what they really think. 758 young people have benefitted from our Apprentice programme since its launch in 2008, and we look forward to continue supporting young people get into qualified positions.
