Winning the double at the Women in Sales awards

I’m really excited to announce a double award win for Virgin Media Business from the 2017 Women in Sales awards earlier this week. The awards celebrate the positive achievements of women in sales roles, and recognise those who become role models and ambassadors for other people in their organisations.


Virgin Media Business had huge representation at the event with seven of our amazing sales people making it to the finals.


I am immensely proud to say that Emma-Leigh Waters; Desk Based Sales Manager in Specialist Sales not only won the Best Newcomer award, but stole the show by also winning the Most Distinguished Sales Woman of 2017. This is a true testament of her hard work, leadership and determination and I feel honoured to have her as part of our sales team.


Massive congratulations also go to Angela Wood, Jessica Ellis, Jo Corlett, Sharon Green, Angelique Bernard and Bree Cooper, all of whom were finalists, as we shared last month here. It really does demonstrate that Virgin Media Business has the best sales talent in the industry.
