It’s been one year since we released our first gender pay gap report. At Virgin Media we believe in job opportunities for everyone regardless of gender. One year on we’re continuing to build momentum towards our goal of 50/50 parity by 2025.
Today we’ve released our latest report, which shows that we’re starting to close the gap.
Our focus is to build a diverse and gender balanced workforce which reflects the customers and communities we serve and ensures our people can be their best selves at work. As a company we are committed to addressing gender representation and supporting women in the workplace.
