Virgin Media publishes gender pay gap report for 2020
Virgin Media has published its Gender Pay Gap report for 2020 which shows our median pay gap has narrowed to 0.7%.
As part of our Belonging Strategy – which forms part our new Meaningful Connections Plan – we’re accelerating our efforts to create greater representation and gender parity across all areas of our business.
We’ve launched a new gender equality employee network, have reviewed our recruitment process, and have introduced a programme to support the development of women and underrepresented people into leadership roles.
We’ll harness this momentum and build on this positive work so we can continue to close our gender pay gap.
