Keeping our customers up to speed

Changes to Virgin Media prices 2022

Nobody welcomes a price rise, and we get that. That’s why we’re currently getting in touch with our
broadband, TV and home phone customers, by letter or email, to explain why our prices are going up.

Within that letter or email, we’ll also include information about any other changes we’re making, and
the date those changes will become effective.

Why our prices are changing

We’re constantly investing in our technology. It’s essential we do this, so our customers have the
broadband speed and latest-generation kit they need, to do what they love. By increasing our prices,
we’ll be able to continue improving our network capabilities, preventing faults and providing an even
better customer experience.
