Virgin Media launches new accelerator programme

Partnering with Techstars, a global accelerator company, Virgin Media has developed a new three month mentor-lead accelerator programme. Focusing on the most innovative and disruptive digital start-ups, the Virgin Media Accelerator will connect the chosen businesses to investment, skills and expertise.

Ten start-ups will be picked to partake in the programme which will give them guidance and support from senior experts at Virgin Media and its parent company Liberty Global as well as Techstars global network of 7,000 founders, mentors, investors and corporate partners. Upon starting the programme each business will hand over 6% equity to Liberty Global, in return for a $20,000 investment, $100,000 loan, a central London work space, support facilities, executive assistants and even a personal trainer and nutritionist!

You have until the 9th of January to apply online and have your chance at being part of this incredible opportunity!

What’s more, after the 13 week programme you will be invited to pitch to some of the world’s leading investors in London. That will be your chance to secure capital for your business and make your dreams become reality. Which will then be followed by flights to the US and a week’s stay in a luxury hotel – fancy!
