The Virgin Media Advanced Security service powered by F-Secure is provided to you on an initial trial basis for 3 months at no extra cost as part of your customer contract. Following the expiry of this trial period, if you wish to retain Virgin Media Advanced Security , you have the choice to opt-in to a paid subscription on a rolling monthly or annual basis.
The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. If you choose to opt-in to either subscription, you may cancel this within the first 30 days and get a full refund under our money back guarantee. After this period, your subscription will run until the next renewal date and cannot be cancelled until then.
The monthly and annual paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled by you or by turning off automatic renewals within your F-Secure account.
If you do not opt-in to either of the paid subscriptions at the end of your 3 month trial period, You will no longer have access to Virgin Media Advanced Security as part of your customer contract, but you can still opt back in to a paid subscription directly with F-Secure during its lifetime by going via our Advanced Security webpage on the F-Secure website – found here: Sign up now for your 3-month free trial | F‑Secure. You will need to log into your F-Secure account to be able to renew the subscription.

If your customer contract is terminated either by you or us, or you decide to move to an ineligible product, you shall no longer qualify for Advanced Security under these special terms and may lose your F-Secure benefits as a result.
