Your Volt billing

As a Volt customer, you have accounts with Virgin Media and O2.

These accounts are separate, so you’ll receive bills from both Virgin Media and O2. The payment due dates for your bills may be different and if you pay by Direct Debit, you’ll have two separate payments each month.

Go to the billing and payments section for help with your Virgin Media bill, or O2’s help and support pages for more information about your O2 bill.

Will my Volt benefits show on my bill?

Your mobile data boost won't be shown in your O2 bill but you can see it in your usage and data allowance on My O2. O2 Travel Inclusive Zone can be seen in your bolt-ons on My O2, you can sign in or register here.

You’ll be able to see your Virgin Media benefits, on your Virgin Media account, you can sign in or register here. Your Volt package and boosted speed will also show on your bill.

What benefits do I get in my Volt package?

Supercharged data & broadband speeds.
Double data on every eligible O2 Pay Monthly plan in your household. Plus, a broadband speed boost to the next available level of Virgin Media fibre broadband (if you don’t already have the fastest speeds you can get in your area).

Up to three WiFi Pods at no extra cost if you find any WiFi blackspots in your house, plus use your O2 phone or sim in 75 destinations at no extra cost, with O2 Travel Inclusive Zone.

Tech treats
Take out a phone on a new O2 Custom Plan and get up to £150 off an additional O2 Custom Plan for a connected tablet, laptop or smartwatch – just give O2 a ring or pop into an O2 shop to claim your discount.
