We are carrying out essential work to make sure home phone services in the UK are fit for the future. In order to do this, we need to switch off the outdated copper telephone network, and instead make our home phone service operate over the future-proof fibre network, with some handy features as standard.
Every customer will be transferred to this new service over the next few years, but don’t worry - it’s free and super simple to do.
To keep your services up and running, please keep your eyes out for a letter from us and ensure you follow the instructions. If you don’t take action, you will no longer be able to make or receive calls.
