Up to £200 Switching Credit: Terms and & Conditions

1. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").

2. The Promoter is Virgin Media Limited, 500 Brook Drive, Reading, Berkshire RG2 6UU ("Virgin Media").

3. If you switch from another UK consumer broadband provider to an eligible Virgin Media broadband service, you may be eligible to claim account bill credit worth up to £200 based on the value of your early termination fees (the “Offer”). Student broadband contracts, 30-day rolling contracts and Essential broadband customers are excluded and NOT eligible for this Offer.

4. To be eligible for the Offer, you must order your new Virgin Media broadband service between 6th November 2025 to 10th December 2025.

5. Virgin Media services are only available in eligible Virgin Media network areas. All of the Virgin Media products are subject to survey, network capacity and a credit check. Further terms will apply to your Virgin Media service, see https://www.virginmedia.com/legal.

6. To switch providers, you are required to pay your previous provider your applicable early termination fee. You will not be eligible for this Offer if your previous provider did not charge you any early termination fees. You are responsible for paying any amounts showing on your final bill received from your previous provider for terminating your contract. This Offer does not form part of any final bill settlement with your previous provider. Virgin Media shall not be liable for any outstanding fees connected to your contract termination. Virgin Media reserves the right to request evidence that your early termination fees have been paid in full.

7. If you are eligible to redeem the Offer, you must send the following information via email to switching-team@virginmedia.co.uk:

·       your full name and address;

·       your new Virgin Media account number and Area Reference Number; and

·       a copy of your final bill, equivalent confirmation letter or official email from your previous provider clearly showing the date of issue, your full name, address and the applicable early termination fees.  The date of issue of your final bill should not be older than 30 days from the date you ordered your new Virgin Media broadband service.

8. The Offer can be redeemed within 60 days of activating your new Virgin Media broadband service. Virgin Media reserves the right to refuse claims submitted outside this period.

9. You will be notified via email if your claim was successful. Successful claims will be processed within 28 days and the amount of the early termination fees up to £200 will be credited to your Virgin Media account. No switching credit will be applied to your account in the first 14 days of your service.

10. The switching credit to be applied to your account will be capped at the lower of i) the amount of the early termination fees you paid to your old broadband provider as part of your final bill; and ii) £200.

11. The Offer is only open to new Virgin Media customers aged 18 or over residents in the United Kingdom but shall not be open to employees of Telefonica UK Limited and/or Virgin Media Limited, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

12. No cash alternative available.

13. Offer invalidated if you cancel your Virgin Media service within 14 days of your service starting or before your switching credit is applied to your account.

14. Virgin Media accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault including without limitation a technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

15. Your data will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By contacting us via email, you acknowledge and agree to Virgin Media responding to you regarding the Offer using the contact details provided.

16. Virgin Media reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Offer and/or review and revise these Terms at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

17. Virgin Media and its agents shall not be responsible or liable to compensate you for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of these Terms and/or in connection with the Offer (to the extent permissible by law).

18. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
