Disney+ Premium

These additional terms and conditions apply to your Disney+ Premium subscription where you have requested to pay for the service through your Virgin Media bill. These terms and conditions should also be read along with the Disney+ Premium Subscriber Agreement (https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/legal/subscriber-agreement) (the “Disney+ Premium Terms”). Your contract and terms of service remains with Disney at all times. If these terms and conditions and the Disney+ Premium Terms say different things about payment, and/or billing, then these terms will apply. These terms and conditions set out the agreement between you (‘you’ or ‘your’); Virgin Media Limited, (Company Number 02591237) whose registered address is 500 Brook Drive, Reading, RG2 6UU (‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ or ‘Virgin Media’).

  1. You can add Disney+ Premium as an optional additional service to your Virgin Media bill providing you’ve got an active Virgin Media broadband (Minimum 50 Mbps) subscription and you have either; a) TV360 or b) have activated your Stream device.

  2. Access to Disney+ Premium is subject to eligibility checks. We may refuse your Disney+ Premium charge and prevent you from accessing the Disney+ Premium service if you fail credit checks or are in arears or collections in respect of any other payments due to Virgin Media.

  3. To purchase Disney+ Premium and access the service, you need to: (i) If you have TV360 you must first request to begin the activation process by calling a care agent or using the webchat function on your MyVm account. If you use Stream, you can begin the activation process by calling a care agent or directly through your MyVM account; (ii) and follow the instructions on your MyVM account to activate your Disney+ Premium account and sign up to the Disney+ Premium Terms. If you do not activate Disney+ Premium and agree to the Disney+ Premium Terms, then you won’t be able to access the Disney+ Premium service.

  4. Once you’ve successfully activated your Disney+ Premium account, you can access your Disney+ Premium service immediately. The Disney+ Premium service is for your private, non-commercial use only. This means, you aren’t allowed to show any content from the Disney+ Premium service in any public places or charge any fees for anyone to watch it.

  5. By adding Disney+ Premium to your bill and activating your Disney+ Premium account, you agree that Virgin Media (including through our agent Virgin Media Payments) will bill you for your Disney+ Premium subscription charges on a monthly basis. You agree to pay for the Disney+ Premium service in full in advance from the date your Disney+ Premium Service is activated. We will align the payment for your Disney+ Premium service with the rest of your Virgin Media bill, so if you activate Disney+ Premium during your bill cycle, we’ll calculate the pro-rated amount for that month, and add it to your next bill.

  6. If you fail to make payment when your Virgin Media bill becomes overdue, your Disney+ Premium service may be cancelled, and you will no longer be able to access the service.

  7. You can manage your Disney+ Premium subscription and view your bill via your My Virgin Media account. You can cancel your subscription on 30 days’ notice, and we can do the same.   8. If you leave Virgin Media’s broadband service (in accordance with the terms of your Virgin Media contract), or cancel your Stream or TV360 services, then you will lose access to the Disney+ Premium service. To prevent losing access to your Disney+ Premium service, you will need to set up an alternative payment method directly with Disney.

  9. Virgin Media’s privacy policy applies to Virgin Media’s collection and use of your personal data in relation to the Disney+ Premium service.   10. By paying for Disney+ Premium through your Virgin Media bill, you acknowledge and agree to the Disney Terms and understand that any personal data collected and processed by Disney+ Premium will be carried out in accordance with Disney’s own privacy policy https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/legal/privacy-policy
