Terms & Conditions for TV Go

These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) set out the agreement between you and Virgin Media Limited ('us', 'we' or 'our') in respect of the TV Go service (“the Service”). These Terms are in addition to your Terms and Conditions for your home Virgin Media service.

1. Eligibility

You must be a Virgin TV customer to use the Service. You will need to log in to the Service using your My Virgin Media login details.

2. Availability

We may make the Service available from time to time via the TV Go website (“the website”) and/or the TV Go app (“the App”). A compatible browser or device with compatible operating system is required to use the website and App. These are listed on our website and will change from time to time. The Virgin TV Go End User License Agreement will apply to your download and use of the App in addition to these Terms.

We may determine in our sole discretion from time to time which devices and operating systems are supported. We are not responsible for devices, and we do not warrant their performance, nor that they will be compatible with the Service. If you have any issues with a device, you should go directly to whoever manufactures, sells or operates the device.

You may use the Service (whether via the App or the website) on a maximum of two registered devices. If you are a Full House TV customer you can use the service on a maximum of four registered devices. If viewing via the website, each different browser you use to access the website may count as a separate device for this purpose.

You can make a maximum of three device changes per month after your initial device choices are made. When this limit is reached you will have to wait until the beginning of the next calendar month before being allowed to make another change. A maximum of two concurrent streams (one if you are viewing a show from Sky) of content are permitted at any time across registered devices.

We may withdraw the Service entirely, or from any TV pack or category of users, or limit, condition, charge for, or otherwise change your use of the Service, at any time without notice (provided that we will give you notice before we implement any charges for your use of the Service).

3. Content on the Service

We may make TV content, including live TV and on demand TV, available to you via the Service from time to time. We may change, add or remove content at any time for any reason. All content remains the property of the content owner and you are granted no rights in respect of any content.

The content available for you to view on the Service depends on the TV pack you subscribe to. Not all content from the relevant TV pack will be available via the Service or on certain devices. The content available may change from time to time, as it is supplied by third parties, and is therefore out of our control.

Using the Service for streaming or downloading requires an internet connection. You will be responsible for any charges incurred for internet access. If your access to the Service is disrupted due to problems with your internet connection, we will not be responsible unless you have a separate right against us for the provision of internet connectivity.

Streaming and downloading of content is only available in the UK, due to our agreements with rights holders.

To use the Service via the App, you may need to permit the App to access your location services, to verify you are in the UK.

When you access the Service away from your home Virgin Media internet connection you are responsible for any charges you incur for internet access, and the quality of the internet connection you’re using may affect your experience of the content.

On demand content, where available, may be subject to a viewing period, as may be notified to you when you commence viewing. If this is the case, you may watch the content as many times as you like during that viewing period, but once that viewing period ends, the content will cease to be available. Stopping, pausing or re-starting content will not extend the viewing period.

You must not provide these sign in details to anyone else, or allow anyone else to use these sign in details to access the Service.
