Virgin Media Legal stuff

Looking for our terms and conditions? You've come to the right place. We've set it all out in black and white.

From 17th June 2022, we’re updating our Legal Stuff for our services because of new Ofcom regulations designed to improve your rights when we make changes to your services. We’ve also made it clearer which changes are allowed under the contracts. Some of the changes taking effect from 17 June 2022 are shown as separate links listed below, whilst other updated terms are two clicks away as they sit behind the relevant generalised link for those terms. Please click through to check all of the relevant pages to you.
