It’s super-easy to use the My Virgin Media app and its services once you’ve downloaded it. All you need to do is log in with your applicable Virgin Media username and password when prompted.
If you click on the Home tab in the My Virgin Media app, you’ll see your Service Status along with the most recent time when it was checked. Need more information? Click on Service Status and from there you’ll be able to check the status of your Broadband and Mobile Network Status.
All you need to do is tap the Priority tab at the bottom of the My Virgin Media app, and you’ll enter a world of rewards, offers and more.
If you’re looking to boost your current Virgin Media package, just tap Upgrade Your Package on the My Virgin Media app home screen. Alternatively, hit the Shop tab at the bottom of the app screen and follow the instructions from there.
