All the great features of Virgin TV Go

Watch live TV wherever you are

With Virgin TV Go, you can stream live TV across the UK on your phone, tablet or computer, giving you access to up to 100 channels, depending on your TV package.

That means you can stay connected to the shows you love, whether you're commuting, travelling or simply relaxing in another room.

Finding channels is easy too. Virgin TV Go mirrors the same channel order as your TV box, so everything feels familiar from the moment you sign in. Prefer a more personalised experience?

Head to Menu > Settings > My Channels to move your favourite channels to the top of the guide and make browsing even quicker.

Download shows to watch offline

No WiFi? No problem. The Virgin TV Go app for iOS and Android lets you download selected On Demand shows and movies to compatible mobile devices, so your favourite entertainment is always ready to watch.

Whether you're commuting, flying, heading off on holiday or simply expecting to be without WiFi or mobile data, downloaded content means you can keep watching wherever life takes you.

To download a programme, simply tap the three dots below an eligible On Demand title episode and select Download. Once saved to your device, you can watch it whenever it suits you without using your mobile data allowance.

Pick up where you left off

Life doesn't always let you finish an episode in one sitting. That's why Virgin TV Go remembers your progress on eligible On Demand programmes and keeps your viewing in sync across your profile and compatible Virgin TV boxes at home.

If you've watched at least three minutes of a show or movie, it will automatically appear in the Continue Watching section, making it easy to pick up right where you left off, whether you're watching on Virgin TV Go or your Virgin TV box.

Seen something you're interested in but don't have time to watch right away? Tap the + button on eligible programmes to add them to your Watchlist. It's a simple way to keep track of shows and films you want to come back to later, all in one convenient place.

Stream together

You can register up to five devices to your Virgin TV Go account and stream on two devices at the same time, so different members of the family can watch what they want, when they want. That means no arguments over what's on and no need to share a single screen.

If you upgrade your phone, replace a tablet or simply want to use a different device, you can manage your registered devices through your account settings.

Virgin TV Go allows up to three device swaps each month, giving you the flexibility to change your setup whenever you need to.
