Instead, it’s a total telly treat that follows the raven-haired maiden and musical judges Mika, Lang Lang and later Jon Batiste, as they search for the UK’s next pianist protégé at train stations across the country. Surprisingly touching stuff that will have you tearing up at the sound of twinkling piano keys, and Claudia is on great form.

Possibly the biggest TV series of 2025, The Celebrity Traitors has all the DNA that makes the civilian edition such a hit, but sprinkled with the star power. The spin-off sees the famous folk banish and blunder their way through the Scottish Highlands, resulting in meme-worthy moments (mostly involving the legendary Celia Imrie as she passes gas or wails into a well with impressive accuracy) and the most unlikely Traitor of all time in the form of Alan Carr. All our worries that the famous folk would ruin what we loved about the OG series were unfounded, and now we can’t wait for its sophomore series coming later this year. Maybe it’s time for a rewatch.
