All Virgin TV customers who sign up to MUBI between Friday 31 January and Sunday 9 February will be eligible for an exclusive special offer – a three-month subscription to the service for only £1 (available to new subscribers only).

Just sign up to the service through the MUBI app on our 360 or Stream box to get started. Usual subscription costs £11.99 a month, or you can take out an annual subscription for £95.98 a year.

MUBI features a hand-picked selection of ambitious films by visionary film-makers, with a huge library of titles available to stream any time. It’s your place to discover great cinema.

MUBI is fully integrated into our TV service, meaning you can search for movies without even going into the app – making it the fastest, smartest way to watch quality cinema.

Just press Home on the remote and navigate to the Search (magnifying glass) icon and then type in the name of the film you’re looking for. You can also use the microphone button to get there even faster – just hold down the button on your remote and say the name of the film.

Please note, if you watch TV on our TiVo® box or our V6 box (powered by TiVo), you will not be able to access the MUBI app. But it’s easy to upgrade to our latest TV box by contacting us on 0345 454 1111 (or call 150 from a Virgin Media phone).

The Substance

Available now in Apps > MUBI. Cert 18

With sharp wit and cathartic intensity, Coralie Fargeat turns toxic beauty culture inside out in her mind-blowing latest feature. Powered by a career-best performance from Demi Moore, The Substance fearlessly bulldozes its way into the midnight-movie pantheon and the feminist canon.

Priscilla

Available now in Apps > MUBI. Cert 15

The gilded cage of fame is beguiling but lonesome in Sofia Coppola’s sumptuous adaptation of Priscilla Presley’s memoir. Starring a revelatory, award-winning Cailee Spaeny alongside Jacob Elordi as Elvis, this dark fairytale charts the highs and the lows of a life spent in the shadow of the King.

Past Lives

Available now in Apps > MUBI. Cert 12

Awash with wistful reveries about the “what ifs” and “maybes” of life, Celine Song’s exquisite debut stars the luminous Greta Lee (Russian Doll) in a breakout lead role. As fate brings two childhood sweethearts back together, Past Lives basks in the pleasure of yearning for what could have been.

La Chimera

Available now in Apps > MUBI. Cert 15

Met with exuberant critical acclaim, Alice Rohrwacher’s fourth feature is abundant with the treasures of a bygone Tuscany. With a handsome Josh O’Connor and the iconic Isabella Rossellini leading a charming troupe of graverobbers and rascals, this mythic yet earthy romance casts a beguiling spell.

Queer

Available now in Apps > MUBI. Cert 18

1950. William Lee, an American in Mexico City, spends his days almost entirely alone, except for a few contacts with other members of the community. His encounter with Eugene Allerton, an expat former soldier, shows him that it might be finally possible to establish an intimate connection.
