Pete wants to be a politician
Peter Andre Peter Andre believes he would make a good politician.
The 38-year-old 'Insania' singer - who has three children with ex-wife Katie Price - thinks he has the right temperament for a life in Parliament.
He said: ''I'd be a good politician as I'm a very fair person.
''There are so many ideas I have about how we could make a difference.''
The reality TV stalwart admits he would jump at the chance to represent his people if the opportunity were to arise.
Talking to Now Magazine, he added: ''I'm not a politician at the moment, but if they want me, I'm in!''
And his desire to do good does not end there. The 'Peter Andre: My Life' star headed to Zanzibar earlier this week to throw his weight behind charity Health Improvement Project Zanzibar.
Peter met with orphans, school children and villagers who have been helped by the initiative before stopping off at the former home of his hero - Queen legend Freddie Mercury, who was born in Zanzibar.
Reflecting on his trip, he told peterandre.com: ''It has been so emotional but incredibly rewarding. It has certainly put life into perspective. I really want to help make a difference here.''
