'Cheeky' student Rita Ora
Rita Ora Rita Ora was a ''cheeky'' student.
The 'R.I.P.' hitmaker studied at the prestigious Sylvia Young Theatre School in London and admits she wasn't always good at following the rules.
She said: ''It wasn't like 'Glee', sure there was the musical theatre lot and you have to do every class, like tap and ballet, but it was cool. It wasn't just jazz hands!
''I was cheeky. I hated wearing a hairnet. Sylvia would come into ballet class and catch me without one. 'Rita, there are some rules. This is a serious matter', she'd say.
''She had a soft spot for me though. I was never rude, I just wasn't great at listening.''
Rita, 21, admitted she expected to be ''famous'' as soon as she finished school and was upset by the constant rejection she faced.
She added to more! magazine: ''When I left Sylvia's at 16, I thought I'd be famous a week later. I got slayed.
''They'd say, 'She doesn't know what she's doing. She just sounds like so-and-so.' I got really confused and thought I'd messed up. When you don't know yourself, you think everyone else is right. So you cry.''
