What better way to spend a chilly Monday night than to chow down on some mini mince pies, sip on something bubbly and sing along to a very intimate Will Young gig?
The gorgeous Will Young treated Magic 105.4 listeners and super fans to a very merry Christmas treat at the elegant Air Studios in London this week. There were fairy lights and everything.
Despite being far removed from his "Pop Idol Winner" title and now being a well-established and respected chart topper, Will reminded the giddy crowd that it had been ten years since he triumphed over Gareth Gates in the glorified karaoke show. TEN! Now that makes us feel old.
Those ten years have done the popster some good however - like a fine wine he's aged handsomely and sounded flawless throughout his set of old favourites and new gems from his latest album Echoes. And all despite complaining of having caught the snivels. We're sure he's not short of anyone to nurse him better.
