Kelly Osbourne, her mum Sharon and Miley Cyrus lead the way in the style stakes for the People's Choice Awards 2012. Although Sharon looks a little besumed that her outfit was replaced with a roll of tin foil moments before the event. She put it to good use though. Nice work.
