As NASA announce that two asteroids will fly by Earth today, September 8 2010, we take a look at some armageddon dates we should all be dreading.
Experts at NASA have told how two asteroids will pass by earth at 10am and 10pm on September 8th 2010. Luckily for us, the space rocks are only a few metres in diameter and would pose no real threat even if they were to strike.
As the asteroids swing by our planet, amateur astronomers should be able to see them with moderate-sized telescopes.
But should we be more worried about the rest of these impending dates of doom?
