Virgin Media and Activision bring Destiny: Rise of Iron to EGX 2016



Are you ready, Guardians?  If you’re heading to EGX 2016, then make it your quest to head over to Virgin Media’s spot to see the latest chapter in Bungie’s BAFTA award-winning Destiny franchise. In partnership with Activision®, Virgin Media are taking their stand to boss mode levels with a space dedicated to Destiny: Rise of Iron, giving gamers a first look at the expansion on 36 playable PlayStation® 4 consoles, plus the chance to win great prizes every day.

Launching on 20th September, Destiny: Rise Of Iron is the next highly anticipated expansion to the Destiny universe. Featuring a new cinematic story campaign, journey into the Plaguelands under the command of Lord Saladin to learn the fate of the Iron Lords, and face a new faction of Fallen Devils called the Splicers. Featuring new weapons, armour and gear, Rise Of Iron also has a new cooperative three-player Strike, a new mode and maps for the Crucible competitive multiplayer, and an all-new six-player cooperative Raid. Unite with 20 million Guardians to defeat Earth’s enemies, reclaim all that we have lost and Become Legend.

To get the competitive energy pumping, there will be daily challenges on the Virgin Media stand to win PlayStation® 4 consoles and gaming gear.
