Prince of Persia Rival Swords swings onto Wii in 2007
Ubisoft has announced the March 2007 release of Prince of Persia Rival Swords for the Wii.
Based on Prince of Persia The Two Thrones, Rival Swords will offer an extended version of the game that was released towards the end of 2005.
Being a Wii game you can also expect a new control scheme designed to take advantage of the Wii Remote and Nunchuck; clash swords with enemies, execute speed kills and perform the Prince's well-known acrobatic moves.
In Rival Swords (just as in Two Thrones) players will once again take control of the Prince. The death of Kaileena, the enigmatic Empress of Time, releases the Sands of Time and the Prince soon discovers that the Sands have tainted him, giving rise to a deadly Dark Prince.
The game's scheduled to arrive for the Wii in March, 2007. A PSP version is also in development, and is due for release in February, 2007.
