Won Oscar for: Crazy Heart
Secret shame: King Kong (1976)
There are so many films Jeff could have won an Oscar for – and King Kong ain't one of them. This 70s version is noted for its tacky effects (think man in a furry suit) and the vaguely icky flirtation between Kong and a half-naked Jessica Lange – which in one scene involves him trying to strip her naked with the end of his huge gorilla finger. Cringe-inducing entertainment for all the family.
