Movies turned into musicals
American Psycho

On one hand, American Psycho is highly unsuitable for a stage musical - it's gory, sick and generally morally reprehensible. On the other hand... it's set in the 80s! That's seemingly enough for the makers of the Enron musical, who will bring Bret Easton Ellis' controversial book to the stage. No venue or date has been confirmed, but you'd imagine there'd be some Phil Collins on the soundtrack. Caution: when booking tickets, make sure you're not sat in the first few rows - you will get soaked.
