British/Australian comedy following a bridegroom and his three best men as they travel to the Australian outback for a wedding. When British boy David (Xavier Samuel) announces his upcoming marriage to Australian Mia (Laura Brent), his London friends, Tom (Kris Marshall), Graham (Kevin Bishop) and Luke (Tim Draxl), reluctantly agree to accompany him to remotest New South Wales for the wedding. On their arrival, the boys find themselves at the mercy of Mia's strict senator father, Jim (Jonathan Biggins), his flirtatious wild-child wife, Barbara (Olivia Newton-John), and Mia's drop-dead gorgeous but sexually ambiguous younger sister, Daphne (Rebel Wilson). In their fumbling attempts to adapt to their surroundings, the friends have various run-ins with the locals, including crazed drug dealer Ray (Steve Le Marquand) and a large Merino sheep.

Our review

"An amateurish knockabout comedy that goes for obvious targets - you might laugh once or twice but you'll cringe, too. Olivia Newton John is fun but you can't help feeling a bit embarrassed for her in the end."
